ERC20 tokens exist in the Ethereum Network that consists of a blockchain capable of storing transactions and a virtual machine capable of running smart contracts. Ethereum token lives in ethereum blockchain. The native currency of Ethereum support other “tokens” that can represent a currency, shares, or anything of value.

Will everyone owning New808coin receive New808token?

No, New808token (T808) was not designed like that. The amount of T808 in circulation is equal to the amount of N808s placed on the publicly observable locked wallet created for this purpose. Initially there were 1 000 000 N808s placed on the locked wallet by the New808coin devs. Everyone can always check the live balances of both the T808 smart contract and the N808 locked wallet.

What will happen to the original New808coin?

N808, as the native currency of the New808coin network, has not been affected in any way. T808 is a separate asset, not a substitute.

How much T808 will be released?

The total supply of T808 is equal to the amount of N808s on the locked wallet which is currently 1 000 000 T808. The token’s smart contract was designed to be mintable – if demand on T808 increases, more N808s will be added to the locked wallet and  corresponding amount of T808s will be minted.

How can someone obtain T808?

Getting T808 is easy: once T808 is listed on an exchange, you can trade it there via the trading pairs available.

Will T808/N808 or N808/T808 trading pairs be available?

Yes, it is a top priority for us. However, this is going to take some time due to the way exchanges are designed – they will have to roll out N808 or T808 as a new main trading pair.
